Kyle Coma-Thompson, LPCA

I take an integrative approach to therapy, using a range of techniques and philosophies to meet you where you are and draw on your strengths. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in both group and individual clinical settings. My work in therapy is strongly informed by my years of experience as a practitioner of yoga and meditation and my belief in the potential of creativity to help you heal and grow. We must not wish for the disappearance of our troubles but for the grace to transform them. This, I hope, will be the guiding principle of our work together.
It is my belief that people who seek assistance with mental health concerns contain within themselves the means for their healing and personal development. Through our work together I hope to help you identify strengths, skills, and resources that are distinctly yours, so you can meet life’s challenges with grace and transform them into opportunities for growth, building a life that is meaningful, purposeful, and true to your most deeply held values.
