STEPS TO START TELEHEALTH​

  • Click On eAppointment and send 
    the registration form.

  • We will contact you within 24 hours.

  • We will setup a www.therapyportal.com
    account for you and send you documents via this portal to electronically sign.

  • Prior to your therapy apt., you will receive an email with a link to a video platform. 

  • Our therapists use various telehealth platforms for all sessions including Zoom.  All platforms meet HIPPA requirements and are private & confidential.
