Take some time just for you.
Turn off your computers and cell phones. Put your kids to bed. Take some time just for you. Center your week and get ready for Monday with some progressive relaxations, guided images and meditations. You don’t have to be a pro, all you need is PJs and the desire to feel more relaxed.
