“I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I encourage genuine self-expression and healing through creating art. Utilizing the creative process and art made in session, I work to help individuals find meaning, reach resolutions, manage conflicts, build confidence, process emotions, and reduce anxiety. I am passionate about helping individuals work through trauma and find effective skills to help them live their best lives.”
