Guided meditation sessions are designed to help you achieve a deep sense of relaxation and mindfulness. In this session, a licensed counselor, who specializes in mindfulness, will lead you through breathing techniques, visualization exercises, and mindful awareness practices. Whether you seek stress relief, emotional healing, or simply a peaceful moment of stillness, the session will be structured to create a supportive and calm environment. This session is an opportunity for personal growth, allowing you to strengthen your inner resilience and align with your well-being, regardless of external circumstances.

About Your Guide
Sophia Dew, LPCC, NCC, holds an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College, a Certificate in Mindfulness from the University of Louisville, and a Meditation Teacher Diploma with the Centre of Excellence online. Sophia has led guided meditation sessions with groups as well as individuals and is eager to share this practice with you.


Group Meditation Sessions
Class Duration: 4 Week Sessions (In-Person)
Cost: $80
Time: 6-7 pm
Next Sessions: Every Other Thursday, April 3-May 15th, 2025
Location: all classes are at the 214 Breckenridge Lane, STE 214 - Upstairs
Payment for sessions is in advance. No refunds for missed sessions.
Individual Guided Meditation Sessions (In-Person)
Cost: $100
Time: scheduled at your convenience
Individual guided meditation sessions offer a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to fit your specific needs and intentions.
Meditation can improve your functioning, but even more significantly, it can transform the way your brain operates. Meditation has long-term health impacts for your mental & physical health. Research shows that regular meditative practices help individuals heal from trauma, maintain healthier emotional sates as well as heal somatic and body related health issues.
