Tori Connolly, LPATA
Licensed Professional Art Therapy Associate

I am a practicing Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate (LPATA). I graduated from University of Louisville in 2021 with a master’s degree in Art Therapy. I’ve worked with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. My approach to therapy is strength-based to help clients discover (or rediscover) their own strengths to overcome challenges.

I encourage art therapy to enhance the process of healing and self-expression. Using the resulting artwork to cultivate resilience, manage conflicts, and reduce anxiety. In addition to art therapy, I have experience using a variety of therapeutic modalities including; motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

I strive to establish a trusting relationship that promotes growth and clarity around a variety of issues without judgment. I would love to partner with you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My focus is to provide a comfortable, compassionate atmosphere where you can share your stories and gain helpful insights.

We have all gone through hardship and I believe therapy can allow us to process challenges, build resilience, and learn new ways to cope. My goal is to offer guidance and support to find the solution within you.

“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”

― Christopher Robin
