Being a therapist has offered me opportunities to meet individuals & families I would have never met, witness their stories, their pain and their recovery journey.  I love what I do....helping individuals overcome trauma, move beyond the past and trauma and embrace themselves & who they want to be.

I have been a practicing therapist for over 30 years.  I am trained in various clinical approaches, but mostly use Art & Expressive Therapy and EMDR.  I believe my job is to walk along side you offering assistance & support in your journey.  We all deserve a place to be ourselves, feel safe and supported.

I am the proud practice owner of Renew Counseling, LLC. I started this group practice to offer a place for therapists to feel supported and safe in the work of helping others.  I truly believe that this is how we grow as individuals but also as professionals.
