Jesse Bradberry, LPCC

Jesse is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He graduated with honors from La Salle University with a master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling, and he has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Jesse has worked in the field for over five years, engaging in therapy with a diverse population of adults with unique identities, strengths, barriers, and goals. Jesse’s therapeutic style is grounded in the person-centered approach, and he utilizes a range of other evidenced-based interventions and techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Jesse’s has worked with people who experience depression and anxiety, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, and other behavioral health barriers. Jesse’s strengths as a therapist including helping people who are trying to improve their moods, be more mindful of the present moment, strengthen relationship boundaries, increase engagement in meaningful/productive activities, and rebuild a sense of self and purpose after trauma and loss. Outside of work, you can catch Jesse spending quality time with his partner and friends, and running around with his dog, Lotti.
