Megan’s goal is to support and offer compassion for people where they are. Her strengths-based focus allows clients to recognize their capacity and honor the resources they bring to the room. Her calm presence helps people feel comfortable and safe through a potentially vulnerable process. Megan loves to focus on relationships of all kinds, recognizing their impact and the power of this resource in our day-to-day living. She works with children, families, couples, and anyone needing support. 

 

Megan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and uses those principles for all her client friends. Additionally, she uses IFS principles and believes every part of us can be witnessed and honored. 

 

Megan has a passion for serving client friends with specific needs in the areas of safety. She has served many clients struggling with SI and self-harm. She brings her very best in serving all clients where they are and strengthening their support system to hold space for this level of concern.
