Hello!  I am a student intern studying Couples and Family Therapy through Antioch University New England. I'm a New England native who recently relocated to the Louisville area and am excited to further my experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Providing a safe therapeutic environment where you can feel supported throughout our time working together is of the utmost importance and I am eager to be challenged to learn and grow; especially around social justice and diversity.

My love for therapy has really stemmed from a growing awareness, respect and appreciation for the power of human connection to improve quality of life. By utilizing therapy, people can learn the tools to create an overall happier and healthier life for themselves and those around them. I am drawn toward a solution-focused mindset with perhaps a more conscious exploration of the client’s background and understanding for the problem than would be traditionally prescribed.

I look forward to working with you and/or your family members.
