Hello!  I am currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Louisville working on my Master's in Mental Health Counseling.  I currently hold  a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and have experience supporting adolescent populations as a Registered Behavior Technician.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping individuals identify patterns in their thinking & behaviors that contribute to negative beliefs and emotional distress.  I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and recognized for what they are working through. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with individuals and believe therapists can serve as an important step in a your journey toward growth, healing, and greater fulfillment.
